These terms apply to every order placed through this website. By completing an order you agree to them. We may update them; the version published at the time of your order is the one that applies.

We describe the PAVEA Haven 3M as accurately as we can, including dimensions, materials and colours. Photography and colour swatches are indicative. Screens vary, and natural light changes how fabric colours read.

Prices are shown in euros and include VAT. Shipping is free within Europe. Your order is confirmed once payment has been received and we have sent an order confirmation.

We ship across Europe from our central warehouse. Delivery times depend on your destination and carrier availability; we share tracking as soon as your order leaves the warehouse. Risk passes to you on delivery.

You may return your order within 15 days of delivery in its original packaging and in resaleable condition for a full refund. Contact us first so we can arrange the return. Statutory consumer rights are not affected.

If your gazebo arrives damaged or incomplete, contact us within 15 days with photos and we will arrange a replacement or refund. Normal wear, storm damage and damage from incorrect assembly or use are not covered.

The Haven 3M is a seasonal outdoor structure. Anchor it properly, take the canopy down in storms or heavy snow, and follow the assembly instructions. We are not liable for damage caused by use outside these conditions.

Nothing in these terms limits liability that cannot be limited by law. Otherwise our liability is limited to the value of your order. These terms are governed by the law of the country in which PAVEA is established.
