How long does assembly take?

Very simple: about 10 to 15 minutes for the Haven 3M and 15 to 20 minutes for the Haven 4M. No tools are needed. Two people make it quicker, but one person can manage it comfortably.

Can I leave it up all year?

Yes, the powder-coated steel-alloy frame is rust-resistant and made for year-round use. In storms, heavy snow or sustained high winds we recommend removing the canopy and netting and anchoring or storing the frame.

Can I add lights or curtains?

Yes. The frame includes built-in hooks, so string lights, planters and outdoor curtains hang neatly without drilling.

What if it arrives damaged?

Contact us at hello@pavea.nl within 15 days of delivery with a photo and we'll arrange a replacement or a full refund.

How long does delivery take?

Shipping is free across Europe and orders usually arrive within three to six working days of dispatch.

Can I return it?

Yes. Return within 15 days of delivery in the original packaging for a full refund.
