PAVEA is responsible for the personal data processed through this website. You can reach us at hello@pavea.nl for anything relating to your data.

• Order details: name, delivery address, email and the items you bought.
• Contact form entries: name, email, subject and your message.
• Newsletter sign-ups: your email address.
• Basic technical data your browser sends when loading the site.

To process and deliver your order, handle returns and warranty questions, answer your messages and, if you opted in, send occasional design notes and offers. We do not sell your data.

Your cart contents and selected colour are stored locally in your own browser so the cart survives a reload. Clearing your browser storage removes them. See our cookie policy for details.

Only the parties needed to fulfil your order, for example our carrier and payment provider, and only the data they need. They may not use it for their own purposes.

Order and invoice records are kept for as long as tax and accounting rules require. Contact messages are kept while your question is open and for a reasonable period afterwards. Newsletter data is kept until you unsubscribe.

You can ask us for a copy of your data, to correct it, to delete it, or to stop using it for marketing. Email hello@pavea.nl and we will respond within 24 hours on working days. You also have the right to complain to your national data protection authority.
